MDG’15 project is dedicated to High School's students and teachers from its eight partner’s countries : Senegal and India, France, Belgium, England, Ireland, Czech Republic, and Poland.

The aim is to raise awareness about the Millennium Development Goals (MDG's) : 8 goals that UN member states agreed to achieve by 2015, at a United Nations Millennium Summit, to halve hunger and poverty worldwide. The project focuses on MDG 7 ‘Ensure Environmental Sustainability’ and MDG 8 ‘Develop a Global partnership for Development’.

We, heads of State and Government, have gathered at United Nations Headquarters in New York from 6 to 8 September 2000, at the dawn of a new millennium, to reaffirm our faith in the Organization and its Charter as indispensable foundations of a more peaceful, prosperous and just world.

The project offers training and support for teachers and future teachers willing to integrate the MDGs, and North/South inequality issues, into their lessons, in order to mobilize young people on concrete actions promoting MDGs and involve them in their role as a world citizen.

During the three years of the project, we will be offering many local and international activities for students and teachers throughout the eight partner countries, from the in-depth training to international events and the organisation of seminars.
